Whew! May 21st was a BIG day for Wet Noses Mobile Dog Grooming. We had one team attending the Mutt Mosey (read here) while at the same time we had another team at the 2017 Dash for the dogs 5k run/walk in Barrington, IL (read here). We were so happy to not only help sponsor the event, but Jessica also spent all day providing FREE nail trims for any dog who wanted/needed it, in exchange for charitable donations for Animal House shelter. We met a ton of really great people and dogs, there were hundreds of people there and it ended up being a really great day all around.
Jessica and I are really happy to finally be able to sponsor events this year which allows us to give money to great charities, raise money for animals in need and also spread the good word about the best mobile dog groomers in all of Illinois.
We sat in the great weather, introduced tons of people and dogs to our new puppy “Cabbage” and we sincerely enjoyed being a part of the festivities. We cannot say enough good things about the Animal House Foundation either, them and particularly Leanne Osmanski for being so helpful, welcoming and friendly. We even adopted our recent puppy there as well!
Wet Noses Mobile Dog Grooming will continue working with them in the future and even just next month, when we’re sponsoring their annual “Paw Fest” – so more to come!
