It’s only natural that you’re curious about who we are as mobile dog groomers. We want you to know all about us! The more comfortable you are, the better the experience.

Not only is Wet Noses Mobile Dog Grooming centered around you and your pet, we’re also conscious of the needs, demands and the requirements of the 21st century. Our 4 groomers have over 30 years of combined experience!

Our groomers have worked across the Chicago-land area for mobile groomers and traditional groomers alike. When looking for a groomer, one must ask if the groomer can efficiently and politely communicate what your pet needs, or what additional treatment it may require? Are they efficient getting in and out of your driveway with a large van? Do they have the experience and credentials to groom your pet safety, properly and efficiently? Can they arrive to your home with the best that 21st century technology can offer?

If the answer to any of these is ‘no’ , than give us a call. Because we can. We don’t intend to be boastful, but when you only hire the best and only provide the best, you happen to begin to feel the best.

I had Wet Noses come to my house to groom my 2 dogs. WOW!!! My dogs have never looked and smelled this good. My apricot Cock-a-Poo looked almost white he was so clean. And my Coton de Tulear was beaming white and fluffy. Well worth the money and sooo convenient. The dogs seemed more calm, too. I will definitely be using them from now on.

Our rescued 2-year-old pup Enzo has some reactivity and fear-aggression issues, so he wouldn’t be good in a normal grooming situation with lots of strangers and strange dogs around. Katrina was wonderful with him and I will definitely call her when Enzo needs another grooming. She took very good care of him and was also helpful in noticing some dry skin in his ears that I had the vet take a look at.

We had Tori from Wet Noses Mobile Grooming come out and groom our 13 year old bearded collie who has mild anxiety about going to the groomer and being locked in a cage. Tori did a great job with Toby, our bearded collie, and he was happy and relaxed when he came back into our house, not shaking like he did from his previous grooming experience. They are great! I have a small dog ( Maltese ) that does not like crates. They came in my home, took him out to the truck and bought him back in when They were finished. Spent time with me finding out how I liked him groomed. Definitely will use them again.

We’re Happy to Answer any Questions you may Have!

It all depends on breed, size and condition. We can happily give you a quote on the phone or via text, email or FaceBook. Some groomers base pricing on weight, but that ends up being unfair for some clients. We do our best to tailor the experience to your pet 🙂

Nope! Our vans are state-of-the-art and self-contained. We just need to see your smiling face and your happy dog! Watch out, some groomers tend to charge more AND need to ‘borrow’ your water and electricity.

Unfortunately, No. Besides the insurance liability, we’ve found that your dog does best when he or she is 1-on-1 with the groomer. That way they can bond and there isn’t the distraction of mommy and daddy to want to get to, or play with.

We recommend you reschedule at the time of your current grooming if at all possible. Any of our groomers will be happy to schedule appointments in the future for you, right there on their iPad! Some clients even book 6+ months of grooms in advance to ensure they don’t get caught at the last minute without an appointment!

We accept all credit cards, cash or checks. We can accept credit cards directly through our iPads if that is required – please note though, that there is a 3% surcharge for credit cards.

Yes! Our system will automatically send out appointment reminders the day before your scheduled grooming.

Things happen and that’s not a problem! Simply call or email and let us know, we can reschedule you on the spot, or leave it open-ended for the time. Just as long as we don’t show up and you’re not home! 🙂
